At the moment, UNIVERSI PX operates Duty Free Shops and restaurants located in the following locations:

1. Camp Film City, Headquarters KFOR Main – Pristina, Kosovo.

The camp hosts 1000 soldiers that rotate every six months. As a headquarters of NATO in Kosovo, many soldiers and officials visit this camp on a daily basis, therefore the total number of customers transiting the camp is much higher than the number of soldiers living in it. The shop surface is 400 square meters plus it disposes of a warehouse capacities of 100 square meters. This is the biggest PX store in surface that the company operates in Kosovo. Product assortment consists of the following product categories: tobacco products, alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages, pre packed food, toiletry items, perfumes, jewelry, watches, toys, consumer electronic products, sport and casual textile and equipment, nutrition supplements and military textile and equipment. The total number of staff serving potential customers consists of 5 persons compromising of one store manager and his assistant, one warehouse manager and two additional sales persons. This multinational camp hosts the following nationalities:

  • Germans
  • Americans
  • Greeks
  • Swiss
  • Slovenians
  • Austrians
  • Polish
  • Italians etc…

2. Camp Villagio D’Italia – Pec, Kosovo

This NATO camp situated in the city of Pec in Kosovo hosts 500 -700 soldiers. The majority of the soldiers living in the camp are Italians, but the following nationalities are also represented:

  • Slovenians
  • Hungarians
  • Romanians
  • Macedonians
  • Croatians
  • Albanians

The retail surface of this PX shop is approximately 250 square meters with additional space of 50 square meters for warehouse. This shop was initially constructed by our company and is operational since 2008. Considering the working hours of the shop, the current staff structure is composed of one store manafer and his assistant, four sales persons. Since the beginning of our operations at camp Villagio D’Italia, on numerous occasions our consistent and professional work has been recognized by different solder’s contingents. The assortment of product categories offered for sale at this camp consists of perfumes, jewelry, watches, alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages, cigarettes, cigars, food items mainly suited to the host nations demands, personal hygiene items, consumer electronics, nutrition supplements as well as military and casual wear textile and equipment.

3. Camp Sultan Murat – Prizren, Kosovo.

This camp is only hosted by the Turkish army contingent being present in Kosovo. The camp only accommodates 250 high rank army officials that rotate every 6 months. This is the smallest PX shop that the company operates in Kosovo mainly because of the lack of space within the camp. The shop is operational since 2008 and has a total surface of 100 square meters out of which 30 square meters are warehouse capacities. Considering the retail surface available, the product assortment is limited to only the best selling product categories. This store is managed by three employees.

4. Camp Nothing Hill – Leposavic, Kosovo.

The camp Nothing Hill is located in the northern part of Kosovo. This camp has a specific status since it is located in the most critical area of Kosovo. At the moment, this camp is all-American and only American soldiers are present. Therefore, our daily activities and assortment offered is aimed at their needs. The retail surface of this store which is operational since 2008 is 80 square meters while the warehouse capacity is 30 square meters. The daily activates related to the functioning of the store are managed by one store manager and and his assistant. The assortment of product categories is cigarettes, personal hygiene items, food items, nutrition supplements, beverages and perfumes. The camp accommodates around 250 US troops and personnel from different nationalities such as:

  • Austrians
  • Americans
  • Greeks
  • Italians
  • Germans
  • Polish

5. Camp MDLT – Novo Selo, Kosovo.

This PX shop has been operational since 2017. It has a total surface of around 100 square meters and a warehouse of 20 square meters. This is also a multinational camp hosting 1000 solders. Total number of staff being at the disposal of the potential customers is 2 personnel – all of whom speak great English. In this camp there are no restriction by NATO on sales of any product category; therefore the product offer is wide. Even though we operate this PX relatively shorter in comparison to other PX’s, we have still managed to obtain several reference letters evidence our professional approach when executing the services required.

6. UNMIK HQ- Pristina, Kosovo

The company’s most recent project consists of opening a PX shop in the HQ of the United Nations Mission in Kosovo in Pristina. This PX shop which was opened in August 2023 is around 300m2 and has a warehouse capacity of around 100 m2. The assortment of products offered for sale consists of: tobacco products, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, pre packed food, toiletry items, perfumes, jewelry, watches, toys, consumer electronic products, sport and casual textile and equipment and nutrition supplements. This PX shop serves all international staff from several international organization (UNMIK, OSCE, EULEX…) being present in Kosovo as well as all embassies in Kosovo. Considering the different nationalities of our customers, besides the international brands that we offer for sale we also offer authentic products from different origins.

7. HQ Multinational Division North East, Elblag – Poland.

In 2019 the company has opened a PX shop in Poland in NATO Multinational North East Division Camp in Elblag. This shop has a retail surface of 250 m2 with additional 60 m2 of warehouse facilities. This camp accommodates 1000 soldiers from 23 different nations. In this NATO camp there are not any sales limitation; therefore, all product categories for which there is a sufficient demand are offered for sale.
